So, how is this going to work?

It’s pretty simple - each student will speak in either Gujarati for 5 minutes with their family for 21 days straight. No breaks allowed in between! As for what to talk about - it can literally be anything—the important part is that it’s for 5 minutes! Don’t worry if the language isn’t perfect or if it’s a mix of Gujarati and English (Gujlish) during the first few days—it’s all part of the process!
 
Download the tracker below, and fill it in for each of the 21 days. At the end of the challenge, please email it back to us at either contact@ourswadeshiroots.com or reachswadeshiroots@gmail.com. Students who complete the challenge will receive a Certificate of Appreciation! This is a fun and simple way to motivate the kids while incorporating language skills into daily life. You can start today, tomorrow, or over the weekend—it’s just 5 minutes each day for 21 days!
